Recycling Production Line
Fully automated buffering, destacking and conveying of recycling bales.
In this fully automated production line, recycling bales of up to 1500 kg are buffered in two 80 m³ bunkers. The rows are then separated by a chain conveyor and destacked with a pick-and-place system. The bales are subsequently transported via several conveyor belts and weighed inline. The line is designed to operate continuously and efficiently, with minimal human intervention and maximum reliability.
