Gluing Line for Door Blanks

This production line for door blanks is equipped with a pick-and-place system at both the infeed and outfeed side. Among other things, the line features a brushing and gluing machine, as well as a special tilting roller conveyor for ergonomic assembly of the blanks. The line also includes a static press for firmly pressing the panels together. Finally, the blanks are destacked efficiently and accurately for further processing.
